By accessing or using KEPT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
KEPT is a platform that allows users to curate and share their taste by saving picks (products, places, media, and other items) and organizing them into collections. The Service is available through our website and mobile applications.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to KEPT, including picks, collections, and profile information.
License: By posting content on KEPT, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
Third-Party Content: When you save picks from external websites, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and share that content. We fetch metadata and images from URLs you provide but do not claim ownership over third-party content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malware or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
Intellectual Property
The KEPT name, logo, and all related designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
